The third iteration of the foundational literacy and numeracy (FLN) report captures the significance of evidence-backed curriculum designs, interventions, and practices in improving learning outcomes among children. The report was released at #TheIndiaDialog organized by Institute for Competitiveness and US Asia Technology Management Center at Stanford University on February 29 – March , 2023.
